The Sink

The atmosphere is decidedly funky, in a good way, and the food and service are excellent. It's a tad pricey for a lunch, but well worth it. They have a faux burger selection, but I couldn't say if this qualifies as vegan, or just vegetarian. My build-my-own burger was well prepared and cooked and very good. The sweet potato fries were so good they were deadly. I was too full to even consider a dessert.

Went here with a couple of friends. The food was very good; we all ordered different entrees and we were all very happy with them. And The Flying Horse beer paired with all of our meals quite excellently.

Don't be deterred by the construction in the mall; they are open, and the food was great.

Admittedly from the outside this place does not look like it has incredibly fresh food, and creative menu options. The inside is really fun, and you can sign the ceiling which is super low and makes for a unique dining experience. I highly recommend this unique local treat.

The Sink is such a fun place to hang out! Everything on the menu is delicious. I ate the Cowboy Reuben, which is smoked brisket, coleslaw and barbecue sauce. It was so good! Also tried a burger which was delicious as well. Having been there on a night where several sink shots were taken, I hope you have the same opportunity to see these hilarious shots being drank. Largely a college crowd, (at the time we were in) but still a lot of fun. Super friendly bartenders who are knowledgeable about the menu and able to offer solid recommendations. I highly recommend you check out The Sink anytime you are in Boulder.

I come to this excellent place many times since I enjoy the good air that is exist in this restaurant. The crew is exceptionally welcoming and experienced. The service is exceptionally fast. Not to mention, the food they cook is excellent. I came more than once and I was always delighted. The expense is fair. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.
