Zolo Grill

The friend who gave me the gift card to Zolo's should be sainted. It was my first time there and the staff were exceptionally friendly and justifiably proud of the food they served up. First..the burger was outstanding, cooked to perfection and served beautifully. But truly, the ribs..THOSE RIBS..haven't found better before or since. Those tender, tasty pieces of love are definitely a winning choice at this cozy restaurant.

My second visit to Zolo (in as my trips to Boulder) and it didn't disappoint. I've tried their red/green enchiladas before; and Salmon today. Both dishes were very good and the spice level was optimal.

Absolutely incredible. Everything I ordered here was delicious and fresh. The waitress made excellent recommendations and I honestly didn’t even look at the menu for my main course after hearing her describe the shrimp risotto. Excellent service, fair pricing, and amazing food. You’re going to love this place.

Came here on a business trip and absolutely loved the place. Menu has several unique items, and I wanted to try all of them. The blue corn bread was amazing, and the chicken enchiladas with an egg on top was incredible. Drinks and desserts were excellent too. This is a must stop and I'll visit again on my next trip.

Zolo is one of those small gems in Boulder where you can have an exceptional dinner. The menu has a southwestern influence. I had the Cedar-planked Salmon which was delicious. My less adventurous diner had the Cheddar Burger with the recommended sauces to provide some mild flavor. Our waiter, Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu giving us some guidance on what to order. Sometimes the little things like this can make a huge difference in the dining experience. Highly recommend.
