    Service in general was good. An employee had long hair in a hair net but his hair was wrapped around his face. Then this same employee walked through the lobby complaining people are messy (food left on a table from before we walked in) he left the crumbs. Most tables were still dirty as we left the place ☹️

    Our food took forever (like 15 min in drive thru only car). Service was satisfactory.

    Great customer service at the counter and drive-through! And its Arbys...good food.

    How the heck did I not get any horsey or Arby-Q sauce with my classic beef N cheddar!?!? That should just come automatically!! I was never asked about sauce! What a disappointment! I drive out of my way just for that sauce when the craving strikes! Would have been a 5 star! I'm so bummed

    Went there to try the new (11/4/19) steak sandwiches. They are good. Otherwise this is an average Arby's....very convenient for both Boulder and Longmont
