Ruby Ru's Street Eatery

This place is unbelievable. The bourbon chicken is the safe "gateway" meal. Wanna get crazy? Get the Banh Mi Bowl. Oh and the Mac and cheese is the best I've had. My kids (2/4) ate the whole thing. I live 6 hours away and anytime we get to the Denver area I make it a point to eat here if I ever get within 90 minutes.

Don't make it hard on yourself. This is where you want to eat.

Love me some Ruby Ru's. We first started going to the food truck and we fell in love with the food, and the owner who is always so welcoming and friendly. When he opened up the restaurant we were elated. Same great food, but with an extended menu. Everything I have tried here is great! The breakfast sandwiches are a delicious new addition. The only problem I have with Ruby Ru's is choosing what to eat as I like everything on their menu!

I almost don't want to post this because I want it to remain relatively secret, but Ruby Ru's has killer breakfast y'all. We stopped in for breakfast after seeing the sign out front and were not disappointed. The Centaur Burrito and Breakfast Ru were both 🤤 and I'm dying to come back and try the breakfast gyro next weekend. We've been in for their bowls and subs previously (also amazing) but this weekend breakfast makes this like a six-star place in my opinion. Definitely will be back!

Very good food, workers very nice. If your looking for a quick stop thats more than just fast food, this is your place.

1st time here and we were not dissapointed. We ordered a couple of the rice bowls and they were hot and ready when I arrived at the estimated pick up time. The chicken was cooked perfectly and to be honest, was more than enough food per portion. We will be coming back for sure!!!
