Arby's

I ordered the classic roast beef, which is yummy and they were 2 for $5 today. I also love their turnovers. They are so flaky and just enough sweet.

I ordered a cordon bleu this morning through the drive thru and asked for no mayo. There was mayo on my sandwich so I went into the store and nicely asked that it be fixed. I work in restaurant management so I know how to respect people and that mistakes happen. The "gentleman" that made my sandwich started arguing with the other associate that he made it right the first time. Apparently I don't know what mayo looks like. While my order was fixed and made properly the second time (all thanks to the wonderful associate Terri), the line cook needs to rethink his place of employment because that is NOT how you handle customers.

They have very helpful staff who helped me with finding particular items three times. They looked happy and were friendly. The store was clean and well stocked. The prices were great.

Very slow service. Was in drive through for over 10 minutes. Ordered a drink with my sandwich and after I left discovered they didn't give me a straw. Also they ask if you want sauce and then don't put it in the bag either
