    I enjoy the food here and it's great that it is open 24/7, I have had experiences where I had to wait a long time for food but the wait was worthwhile. I do not enjoy the burgers as much but the breakfast is a definite staple of IHOP. The breakfast is the main reason I come here. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and it is a nice place for breakfast!

    Very nice waitress. Good food. Slow service for the place being only 1/3 full. A reminder to waiters, "just one" is not the way to address solo diners.

    Deborah and her staff especially Dakota was such a pleasure to be around. My food was served quickly and accurately. They were very friendly and everything was cooked my perfection. I am extremely pleased as being a secret shopper in a store manager. I was very impressed at the accuracy and the pleasant demeanor everybody in the restaurant. I will most definitely be returning.
