Laguna Mexican Restaurant

Let me start by saying the drinks were amazing. Not too strong not too light just right. Molcajete was packed with steak, chicken and large shrimp. Tortillas should be heated on something better than a microwave, they kept falling apart. But over all it was worth the hour drive. Definitely going back!

Great family restaurant, in the area from castle rock. I had the molcajete with steak shrimp and chicken. If you love spicy foods I recommend this! Service is good and food came out at a great temperature

My second favorite place to eat in my 20s was always at the house of the owners of this restaurant. They are amazing cooks! So when I found out they were opening a restaurant, I was so excited that they’d be opening their kitchen to Colorado! This place is a must visit and even if you live in Denver, it’s worth the drive! Also, the owners are amazing people. If I could give this place 8/5 stars, I would!

We really enjoyed dinner here! The staff was super helpful on the phone with questions before we came, and then really friendly and fast when we were there. The decor and vibe was so cool, and the food was delicious! Lots of great options. We went on a Friday night and they had a mariachi band which was a little loud but so fun! They have patio seating for warm weather, vegetarian options, and are kid friendly which is all a plus for us. Can't wait to go back!
