Pretty good, one star off because not every piece of chicken is 5 star chicken. Better than most the chicken around though at fast food prices.
Easy pickup after ordering on the app, no need to do the drive thru, it's waiting right inside the door. I like the lemonade and unsweetened tea combo!
I've been here a few times and there are definitely better Cane's out there. Here, it's either the tenders are small and overcooked, fries are stale, or the order is wrong. Today the tenders were fantastic but the fries were stale and my sweet tea was in fact not sweet. Actually I don't think anytime I've ordered a sweet tea that I've gotten it sweet at this location. Great food when the staff is on their A-Game but I've been to better, more consistent Cane's such as the one in Ft Collins.
Location needs work. Drive through works well. Ordering inside works well. Pick up has not worked for me yet. The main manager guy is awesome and took care of me the first time, but this is it. The manager even said it to me best, "anyone can make chicken and fries".
Give it a try, because they do make really great food, but beware of this problem. I might just have bad luck.
Update: The establishment has come a long way since my last review. Changed to 5 stars. I am consistently impressed by this place. Quick easy and professional even when super busy.
I love Cane's, for sure my favorite, but recently not only did the price go up, but their tenders have gotten.. well smaller. I know they are chicken fingers but they shouldn't truly be the size of a human finger. It's disappointing to get a 6 piece and 2 of them are the size of my pinky. For $14 for the combo I expect better.
Update:
I was pleasantly surprised on how not only was my review here addressed, but how it was addressed further when I filled out a more formal concern on their website. I did go back and did see an improvement on the consistency in their chicken sizes. Cane's took responsibility and above that provided quick and appropriate resolution to what I saw to be a disappointing occurrence. I will update my star rating to 5 stars, because they took the criticism and also fixed it. Most companies aren't worried about losing a customer over these types of comments, but their genuine desire to please their customers have truly made me feel heard and appreciated. Thank you Raising Canes, you remain my favorite fast food chain!
