The round pies are awesome (unless you're from NYC in which case you are apparently bound by oath to complain about all pizza, bagels, black and white cookies, and water, forever). The square pies are a game changer. Be aware that when they get busy they just ignore their phones because there is finite space in their oven. So get your order in early or go in and grab a table.

Best pizza in Colorado . Highly recommend this privately owned pizza shop. The square is light and airy-the round is thin and crispy and delicious. Caesar salad has homemade dressing. Plus they have live music and the best pin ball machines????

I really enjoyed going here a lot when they first opened up. Nice atmosphere, solid pizza selection, and a decent bar in a small space.

The quality has diminished somewhat surprisingly over the past few months. In the past, the pizzas we would get were pretty fantastic. However, since at least mid-fall of last year... they haven't been as memorable.

It's worth noting, as also noted in their website, that they only have two pizza ovens. So, it takes a long time to get your pizza if it's even remotely busy. I've only ordered in-house personally, but it still takes quite a bit longer than your normal pizza joint.

Also worth noting for certain customers, (as also noted on their website) all pick-up orders have lower priority to orders from within the restaurant. I.e., if you call in and order a pizza, it won't actually be put in the oven until the orders from within the restaurant are considered "fulfilled."

I'm not sure about you, but that type of policy tends to raise a couple of eyebrows...

Regardless, at the end of the day, it serves its purpose as a trendy hangout spot - provided you can find a seat. As a local though, there are other spots worth looking at.

Rosalee's!!! If I was rating the food alone you would be 6 stars, but the service :(. The table lay out is so unfortunate and makes seating so limited. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes and we ended up waiting over 2 hours. We were a party of 6 and because of seating arrangements they were seating 2 tops at the 6 tops. When they finally sat us the kitchen was closing........ Fix those table arrangements so we can enjoy those garlic knots. Yerm.

Amazing thin crust pies in the classic Italian and NY style. Crust is crisp and chewy, and toppings are light and tasty. Back patio is especially nice. Can get pretty crowded, but worth the wait.
