Great customer service! We placed an order not realizing they were closed, cancelling the order was so easy in fact they called us to make sure we wanted the order. Top notch staff!!

This is how all the silver mine subs should be! The food is fresh and tastes great, and the staff acts happy to take your order! Kind of a refreshing take on subs!

These guys helped me out big time. Had some unexpected work come up nearby on Saturday and needed to feed almost 60 people. I called in at 9:30 AM and asked if there was any way they could have me 10 party platters ready by noon that same day. Not only did they take my order without freaking out, they completed the order almost an hour early and called me to let me know I could come pick it up. This was truly service at its best. I would recommend this location to everyone!!!

The food is always on point. The customer service that all employees have here, from the person who takes my order, to the driver that delivers my food is top notch. They have never messed up my order, and If a minor detail is out of place the last order the staff is quick to fix it and it never happens again. Always a great experience!! The only bad thing I have to say is the drivers do not get the delivery fee so treat them right.
