The food was decent and the service was a little slow at first but got better towards the middle and end of our meal. Pricey though. $70 for myself and my daughter for dinner.
The service was quick and friendly. The food was good, nothing wrong, but not great. The meal did come out in a timely manner, but was not quite as hot as you would hope. A couple exterior lights were out. The bathroom was clean, but definitely in need of some grout repair. All in all it was a good dining experience and we enjoyed the meal and the service.
Carrabbas of Louisville, CO generously gave our grief support group a free lunch & it was fantastic! Food & drinks were so delicious! Our waitress, Stevie, was wonderful! A big shout out to Chris Haskell who made this all possible! We will definitely be patronizing this wonderful restaurant again!
My first trip to Carrabba's was a mediocre experience. I kept my expectations in check when going to Carrabba's knowing that it's a chain, but I was still underwhelmed. A few highlights was good service, warm bread, and delicious seasoned olive oil for dipping.
I went with what I was told was one the menu's staples (Fettuccine Carrabba), but wished I went with something else. The Alfredo cream sauce was bland and lacked all flavor other than heavy cream. The chicken, mushrooms, and peas were minimal which resulted in an overall poor balance to the plate.
Their Chicken Parmesan was a much better plate, and a large enough portion to either share or have a great leftover meal the following day. The breaded chicken was also flavorful and juicy. Another good choice off the menu was their Calamari appetizer. The dipping marinara sauce was so-so but the lightly breaded Calamari themselves was a good plate.
I'd recommend Carrabba's if you are looking for a quick and inexpensive meal.
