The Empire Lounge and Restaurant

One of my favorite restaurants in Boulder County. Very eclectic menu. Definitely sit at the bar and have a drink before your meal. Super friendly staff.

We really enjoyed The Empire. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop and my wife got the pan seared chicken. Both were extremely good. The rainbow chard that came with my pork could have used a little acid, but otherwise was very tasty. The root veggies that came with the chicken were also very good. The kiddos enjoyed what they ordered. Dessert was phenomenal. I got the caramel custard which may be my new favorite dessert. My wife got the funnel cake which was also very good. Service was prompt, and very courteous. Overall great place and one of my favorites since we moved to Boulder. Would absolutely recommend.

Never a bad experience. A broad spectrum bistro style menu, always prepared well. Great craft cocktails and consistently solid service. Always a go to in Louisville.

Absolutely fantastic, nice little patio setup outside. My lady and I stopped in just for desserts and coffee and it was just great. Service was quick and friendly and the food was top shelf. Recommended highly if you are in Louisville and looking for a unique little spot without breaking the bank.

The food and drinks were delicious. Each thing was creative and yet still tasted like the comfort food I wanted. The service was a bit slow and it wasn't even that busy. We waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, but otherwise it was a great atmosphere and the staff was all very friendly.
