“I had both lettuce wraps and sushi. Lettuce wraps were fine. Sushi was fine. The sushi did have above average portions of fish which was nice. The atmosphere was meh. Every time the front door would open a bell would ring. Every time they got a call phones would ring throughout the restaurant. Worse yet the waitress was answering phone calls while serving us. I definitely got the feeling that this is primarily a take out/delivery business. Overall there is much better sushi, Japanese food and atmosphere for the same prices elsewhere.”

“Not horrible, but not great. I have been here a couple of times in the past years and it’s always been pretty basic. Sports bar, bar food, not bad. I went back here a couple nights ago with my brother and I was... less then impressed. Our waitress was impatient and would walk away before we could even finish our order and she would talk to us like it was a hassle to be helping us. Mind you, the restaurant had maybe 4 tables of people. Pretty slow. The appetizer we got, green Chile tots was amazing but still, pretty basic. My fish and chips was very bleh. The fish was over cooked and hard and overall dissatisfying. My brother got a simple burger so it would’ve been hard to mess that up. Still I would go back again but the overall food and environment isn’t the best in town. Maybe if it was just a quick family dinner.”

“I've never once had a bad meal from this Blackjack Pizza location; their product beats the life out of any of the large delivery chains (Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's) for quality and flavor. With that said, I've also never had a meal on time from this location, and while one or two long waits can be excused as flukes, lateness has been the rule every time someone in my household has ordered from here. We stopped calling for delivery after one particularly bad experience and have strictly ordered carry-out since, but each time we place a carry-out order at least 90 minutes ahead of our scheduled pick-up time, I am still forced to wait an extra 20 minutes at the counter because our order sometimes hasn't even been started (they have a large monitor displaying current tickets to the kitchen staff for prep). Again, their food is very good, but it's an inefficient operation.”

“I have been visiting Rosati’s since they opened earlier this year. The pizza is one of my favorites in the area. Until recently everything has been awesome, fresh and on time. Recently, when placing a carry out order I have been given long wait times. The first time on 1/4, I was told 60 minutes, totally fine, but when I arrived (after 50 minutes) the young man behind the counter stated, “man, your pizza has been done for 20 minutes, “ and it tasted like it. Next on 1/11, I ordered again and was told 75 minutes, again which is fine. I even told the young man that answered if it’s going to be done sooner to call. I showed up 15 minutes early and the pizza was already done. Went I got it home (2 miles away) it tasted like it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. I understand being busy and having long wait times, but you have to give accurate times for carry out so people don’t get stale tasting and lukewarm pizza. I will order again but if this is the new trend, I will need to find another pizza spot.”
