Wayne's Smoke Shack

Wayne's is phenomenal! We are here visiting and came here on a recommendation and got some ribs, wet brisket, candied pork belly, and the little bun with meat and pepper jack cheese. I haven't had BBQ this good in a long time, and it's absolutely worth coming as soon as they open.

I had an awesome in this spot. We liked the nice environment and the food. The staff members were super attentive. I am glad we ultimately managed to visit here.

What can I say about Wayne’s that has not already been said? Best place to get BBQ in Colorado. If you are looking for that authentic Texas style. This is the place for you. The food is a 10 the service is a 10 and the building is always clean. The owner is a nice guy full of knowledge about his food. As a Texan who prides himself on BBQ, I must say this place is a bit of Texas.

Smoked Meats and an assortment of BBQ sauces.

You can choose whatever meats you want and then they are weighed to set the pricing. The sides are really good and the peach cobbler was excellent. It’s a good moist brisket with dry rub seasoning smoked to perfection. They have sweet tea and the butcher paper is a Texas take for sure.

What a great place and has a great food to try on. The service and staff was great and the place was clean. Extremely amazing food! The only down side is every time I have gone they are starting to run out of sides and some meats by noon only an hour after open. I wish they would plan and make more food. Great place to visit again and again.
