Five Guys

Excellent management. I’ve had a couple less than perfect experiences, which happens in fast food, but both times when I’ve reported it using the survey on the receipt, the manager gave me a complete meal (burger + fries + shake) for free, which kind of makes me hope they’ll mess up my orders more often, lol.

It's been a little while since I had a 5 guy burger and boy did it lose its appeal.

These Guys make some solid burgers. Definitely on my radar for when I need a good one. Service was very kind as well.

Not my best Five Guys experience. They seemed a bit harried and service seemed to suffer. To be fair, they seemed short-staffed and a couple of the crew looked like they were working double shifts. The food was good as you would expect from a Five Guys restaurant.

Haven't been for a long while. Burger cooked great, missed seasoning on most of it...this was obvious because I had two bites that were perfectly seasoned. Did not melt the cheese which significantly cooled the burger for an eat in experience.
