Staff is great. Karla was really nice and service was great. Food was good too.
Having eaten at this Qdoba many, many times over the last 15 years, I can say it is the best Qdoba around. On their best days, it is nothing short of amazing, and even on the worst days it is still not bad at all. The staff are friendly, and the dining area is generally quite clean. The only issue I have is the Coke machine - it is one of those million-flavor jobs that stymies kids and adults alike. The result is that it takes unnecessary time to get a simple drink because the person in front is busy mixing 17 flavors of diet cherry coke together.
I used to work for Chipotle so they are my enemy at Qdoba. I had a free meal coupon and my hunger knows no enemy as my lust knows no race. Go to Chipotle for a higher quality meal. Don't let the issues of the past reflect on their future for they are diligent as a company. Instead, think of the location you where you eat and what your experience there has been. That goes for any business of course. I rate this store a 3 as the staff had a meh attitude the few times I've been and that's how their chicken and steak bowls tasted...meh. The place was clean and the wifi free like my meal.
Great food, friendly staff, cozy location with additional outdoor seating
I'm leaving three stars instead if four because generally the service is good. The guy working lunch though, in the purple shirt, always short changes me with ingredients however and I'm tired of pointing it out every time he waits on me. When he serves, I barely get enough rice to cover even half of the bottom of the bowl, he gives basically a dash if beans, and it really upsets me because I pay $8.50 for a bowl and end up getting hardly $4 worth of food. Whenever anybody else serves or I go to another location they give you $8.50 worth. Not the paltry amount this man does. He needs retrained or something or I will stop going to this location if he has to serve me. I'm just tired of it.
