(September 19, 2019, 4:02 am)Limited gym equipment and weight pile area is small compared to dance studio. They do have flat and incline benches, no free weight dead lift area or dedicated equipment. There is two back breaker smith machines but I warn you to use at own risk; definitely use a weight belt regardless of weight. They have a good no great steam room and sauna. Both extremely hot and open until 9:45 pm. Locker room kind of stanks at least later at night. They do have a nice running track, gyms and also a punching bag (quite rare in rec centers).
