This cute restaurant is great! The people are so nice and the food is delicious! We met the owner and this adorable waitress, they were super nice! The ambiance of this place is welcoming and relaxing, definitely a great place to come after a hike!
We stumbled upon this restaurant while we were on a ski trip. The food was so good that we went back 2 two days later. We have the brisket sandwich which was so good. There was a side of potato salad that was the best I’ve ever eaten. When we returned I got the hanger steak. Done perfectly medium with these yummy potatoes. The owners daughter was our waitress both times. She was very friendly. Would highly recommend.
511 Rose offers a wide variety of American cuisine at a decent price. The service, location, and quality of food is immaculate. I would have taken a photo of my meal but I was too busy enjoying it. The owner (in photo) is kind and highly involved with his business on the day to day. I would recommend anyone to this establishment.
Going skiing is fun, but the highlight of our day is stopping on our way down the mountain to have an early dinner at 511 Rose! Still working our way through the menu but so far everything we've order is delicious and prepared to perfection. I didn't even know I liked bourbon until they fixed me an Old Fashioned, tailor-made to my taste & now it is my favorite beverage! The owners and staff are always super-friendly and bend over backwards to make each visit a joy. We always leave smiling!
What a gem! The perfect combination of fine dining, live music and family hospitality in a beautifully restored historic building. It was an unexpected stop for us and we enjoyed every moment including Ron’s charming history of the building and local town.
