Cooper's on the Creek

A very pleasant eatery in Georgetown. Comfortable, pleasant ambiance, interesting historical decor, menu a step above traditional cafe type food and well prepared. Easy on/off access from I-70. Definitely recommend for a nice break from the trip up or down the mountain, especially in adverse weather.

WOW was this place surprisingly amazing! Gorgeous interior, views right on the river, quick & friendly service, and some of the best food I’ve ever had!

This place also offers some vegetarian options, the hemp burger was super tasty! Also the truffle fries are seriously addicting. This was the perfect place to stop at after a weekend of hitting the slopes.

This is clearly one of the most pleasant place to eat in the area. Always when I go there I am greatly glad. They manage their very high standard service and the highest level of food they provide. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

By only looking at the menu I thought this place was going to be expensive mediocrity, but I was so wrong. My server was wonderful and the food was excellent. I ordered the Forbidden Rice Stuffed Butternut Squash (vegan friendly) and the bananas foster cheesecake slice. The cheese cake was the best I ever had in a restaurant. Finding good meatless meals while traveling is a challenge but this really wowed me. The entree was light, fresh, filling, and well balanced. I don't drink often so I didn't pair any wine with my meal.

Excellent place. We were in the area while on vacation and just stopped in for lunch. The food was excellent, I had a mixed drink which was also good, and the back patio was nice and gave a good view of the creek. Highly recommend.
