Arby's

I'm an out of towner that came through the drive through. There was a slight mishap when the total at the window seemed too high. They quickly realized and remedied the issue and instead of just adjusting the charges, they gave me my order for free. I even offered to pay cause it was no inconvenience to me, but they declined and said have a great day. The gyros even looked like the picture on the menu! Jalapeño poppers were fresh.

I just love Arby's. This location in Delta is great. The food is good but the people who work there really make me feel welcomed. Been there several times and it has always been clean, including the bathroom. I always enjoy my interactions with the staff. Good job.

I got the brisket sandwich. The brisket was a dry and a little tough. The manager had to repeatedly yell at her mostly teenage crew to stop goofing. I get it, food service doesn't pay much. It is okay to act professional while you're on the clock. Customers aren't just paying for food, they're paying for an experience.
