I can’t wait to eat here next month! Everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. But the people! I have never had better service, from the kindest folks. This review is for them. The chef came out to chat, our glasses always full, and everyone was very friendly.
We just had the BEST time at Graystone. Two of us had the prime rib. It was cooked perfectly (one rare, one medium rare). One ordered the brisket which was wonderfully smokey. The last ordered the prime rib and ribs. The side dishes and dessert were amazing. Service was very personable. We will definitely be back.
This is one of those hidden gems. A must visit eatery set in a quaint, modest barn. A great dining experience. The menu is short and sweet. The food is excellent and friendly wait staff.
I should not tell people how fabulous the smoked food is at The Graystone because because I want it all for myself! Lol.
With that said, the smoked meats are awesome. Local people serving local food to local people and whomever else is lucky enough to discover this place.
Only open two days per month but worth the wait. Open the second Saturday of the month and the Friday before that. So two days in a row.
Make a reservation a few days ahead of time because this place fills up fast.
This is a place to be sought out and experienced. Food and service is wonderful. The old packing shed is only to be experienced very right at home feel. This place would easily make the popular road food book of the 70's before the internet.
