Great noodles in a simple shop. Not your standard America Chinese food. Noddles are hand made and favors are unique. Great place if you are open to something different. Come for the food not the service.

We absolutely loved our meal. The hot chili oil wontons were nice and flavorful, the pork potstickers are clearly handmade, wrap and all, and the hand pulled noodle soup was amazing. Definitely ask for both menus or you will definitely be missing out, don't bother ordering the pad Thai or other non-chinese dishes when they have truly authentic Chinese food from multiple regions.

This is real szechuan cooking. Ignore the regular menu and ask for the special menu. The Wonton soup in hot chili oil is the best thing you'll ever put in your mouth!

Love the Chinese noodles there, especially the hand pulled ones. So tasty and satisfying! Better than all noodles in Albuquerque. The owner has 10+ years experience in making the noodles. I enjoyed not only eating but also watching the process.

I'm from Texas and this is one of the best authentic hand pulled noodles I had in my life. The shrimp/vegetable tempura was so delicious and it takes skills to fry it just right enough. I finished my noodles and my soup. I'm coming back for their all you can eat hot pot before I leave. 25min drive from my downtown hotel. Would come at least 1-2 times a week if I lived here.
