ChoLon Modern Asian - Stapleton

What a pleasant surprise! The happy hour staff was very friendly and super accommodating. And the food... well, is it wrong to want to go back for more the very next day? Great stuff all the way around.

Went to Happy Hour Saturday night a little before 5pm. Already crowded but still got a nice high top. By 530pm the restaurant seemed full. I don't believe everyone was there for happy hour, but for a full dinner. Quite noisy but had a great experience. The service is excellent! Our waiter, Ozzie is up there with the best waiters I've ever had. So engaging, informative and attentive.
Good choices on the happy hour menu at a reasonable price. well drinks $6. I shall go again for sure.

My husband and I left our 6 month old with his family while they were in town for the first solo date night in 4 months. Food was excellent when we finally got it....it was explained that the kitchen was running behind yet the two parties on either side of us arrived after us and got the same dishes we ordered before us. We ordered the pork bun appetizer and inquired to two different staff about it when our entree came out but never received it. Overall the food was good but we didn’t get to enjoy it because we had to eat it quickly to get our little one in bed. Might try again in the future but-although I can definitely understand some slowness and issues with a new restaurant, the lack of recovery from staff was disheartening.

My wife and our twins had a great time at happy hour. Very warm, relaxed, comfortable environment.
We got to watch the dumplings being made. The chefs’ simple and elegant technique was matched the flavor of the shrimp dumplings we had.
Our drinks were also simple and delicious.
So happy to have this new restaurant in Eastbridge Stapleton

ChoLon is an outstanding addition to the Stapleton neighborhood. The decor is absolutely stunning and the food is perfection. The staff executed a level of service and hospitality that deserves more than 5 stars. Executive Chef Becca Henry left me in awe after my friends and I enjoyed trying every single dish on the menu. I will be dreaming of the Singaporean Crab Cakes and Miso-Glazed Cod! If you are in need of a new place for the perfect date or just the right spot to share amazing food with family and friends, ChoLon Stapleton is a MUST!
