Dave's Hot Chicken

It was our first time at Dave’s hot chicken and we absolutely LOVED the food & the service. The sliders were 🔥! We got the medium spice level sliders and mild tenders for the kids. Do try the honey sachets they have, with the chicken, they tasted reallllyyyy good! Parking might be a bit of an issue but not too bad. Nice location, ambience, service and food! But the best part of our experience at Dave’s was that they use HALAL meat which is a big deal for a lot of Muslims, like me. Can’t wait to visit next!

This was such an amazing experience. My husband and I shared the #3 combo. One chicken strip one slider. I love spicy he doesn’t. I ordered my chicken strip hot and he ordered his slider mild.
First, let me say the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful.
The food was fresh, hot and oh my delicious!!
The chicken starts off sweet at first taste then you get the spice flavor come through. It was so delicious. And their pickles are amazing.
This place is definitely worth a try

Food was fresh but fast to arrive. Staff was very polite. Portions were large and great value. Well executed and very tasty! Would recommend if in the area and looking for fair price and quality meal with quick service.

I would call it a fast food take on Nashville hot chicken. It's hard to compare spice levels to other places because it takes a minute to build up after you eat it, but it probably won't surprise you if you know what you're getting into. Very good if you've never had Hattie B's, prince's, or howlin rays. If you have had them, this will satisfy your craving, earning them the title of "best in Denver"... For now

Edit: interestingly the milder you go, the more sweet and smokey the chicken tastes. The night scene is much more vibrant than lunch. Definitely worth stopping by to refuel on a night out on Broadway. Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars because it's the best drunk food experience I've had and given it's location on Broadway, I think that's a reasonable category to judge it on.

So damn good! My boyfriend loves spicy but not many foods challenge that. This place makes him feel what spicy really is again! Just "hot" is enough to make his mouth die and there are more levels. But if you're not into spice like me they have a no spice option and the food is still incredible. Adding cheese to my slider is top notch and I highly recommend it. The milkshakes are thick and delicious. I also love the Mac and cheese! It's got the tiniest amount of spice which I can handle and it's really nice. Definitely recommend!
