Good beer, just too many hardcore hipsters. Pretty sure I saw someone there with a recorder player...

We came here after an extremely tragic situation that we just needed some time and some beers. Asa was one of our bartenders that night and was more than amazing. He went above and beyond the duty of any bartender. I highly recommend the beers and the service. Every time we have been here it has been some of the best beers, service and overall experience in Denver.

I like declaration it's a good brewery and I've had a number of positive experiences here. However, when I went today I saw a new beer on the menu, a hazy IPA that sounded good and was listed at a good price. So I went ahead and ordered a couple of these IPAs. When I got my bill it was more than I was expecting based on the price I saw on the menu. I asked about it and was told it was a typo that no one has bothered to fix and the beer was actually more expensive. I didn't want to give the server a hard time over a couple bucks so I went ahead and just paid. But it shows a few things going on that just aren't right. I could have been told by the bartender when I ordered the drinks that the menu wasn't right. She never did so. The management could've been more proactive in fixing the menu. I understand these things happen. But they didn't do so. and they could have just bitten the bullet and charged me the advertised price until they could get the menu fixed, and they didn't do so.

I know constantly updating your menus is tough I get it and mistakes are bound to happen but please don't surprise your customers when it occurs.

Declaration Brewing Company is one of our favorite spots, so when we decided to have our rehearsal dinner at a brewery Declaration was our first choice! They were wonderful to work with! A food truck catered the dinner on the patio, and our guests loved the atmosphere and the great beer options as well! They enjoyed drinking, hanging out and playing games all night! It was exactly what we wanted for our rehearsal dinner! I highly recommend this brewery!

We love Declaration so much that we decided to get married there! Now it's our favorite spot in Denver.

Manager Josh and his entire crew made rehearsal,decorating and the entire event a huge success. They rearranged the entire patio for the ceremony and then whipped it back into shape for the reception immediately following. They were attentive to our every need. All of the staff were cheerful, winsome and excited for us! They even totally rearranged their 'brew board' to accommodate our cupcake display.

If you're looking for a laid-back venue with a stellar patio and the most gracious staff in Denver look no further than Declaration Brewery. We highly recommend Dec for all your brews and fellowship party needs! If we could, we'd give them 10 stars!
