    This is a Colorado local’s jackpot! I’ve never been to the bayou, but after a visit with Deja Roux I feel like I’ve taken a trip! Cajun cuisine is not just food, it’s also soul; and you’ll get every bit of that with these guys! Food A+, and hospitality A++! Get the shrimp and catfish combo! 🤌

    Amazing to have such great Cajun food in Denver. The people were amazing and so accommodating, and the food was 10/10. I got the catfish platter and the red beans and rice and coming from a Cajun girl, it was GOOOOOOD

    Wow! Food was soooo tasty. We ordered the catfish and shrimp platter and everything was just great. We saw the truck randomly in Parker and happy we tried it out. Highly recommend!
