    My husband and I did the online sushi-rolling and sake date night last night, put together by Colorado Sake Co and Denver Sushi House. It was SO well done! We had a blast, actually learned some technique, and the sake and sushi were delicious. Colorado Sake Co & Denver Sushi House did a really nice job organizing the event, communicating the details, and prepping the most awesome sushi kits (complete with rice, fish, nori, delicious veggies, and incredible sake). I will keep doing this class, and I'm hoping they keep it up after quarantine!
