Domino's Pizza

I hate that I have to post this and quite frankly feel bad about doing it...but I have grown up really despise this place. I have yet to either pick up a pizza or receive a delivery without some sort of problem. For instance - on a non-busy night (Wednesday) or took well over an hour to receive my pizza. Dominos is 9 blocks away from me. Tonight, when I went in - I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge my (and another customer) presence. My pizza had been ready at that point 10 min. Pickup orders should be perfect every time. Look - I get it - it gets busy and things get hectic. I can understand that there's traffic or an accident or a shortage of drivers. I can understand that there's a shortage of inside personnel but not one person has offered or done anything to "make it right." I'm easy - offer me a soda or a coupon. But please no more apathy. It's insulting and I know you're capable of much better service.

pizza's are hot and made to order always. delivery crew are pleasant to see and talk with. we appreciate our local team and the quality pies. thank you
