Very fun aquarium for the whole family. Many differently salt and fresh water fish on display in re-created natural habitats, also including tigers. Be prepared as the aquarium is fairly pricey however, they will try to get your money any way they can including charging for parking and you must walk through the gift shop to access the restaurant from inside. Otherwise, fun for the whole family.

Great for kids and adults that love under water creatures. This was our first trip and our 2 year old loved it. There was even a tiger which was a nice surprise. Don't forget to feed the stingrays or catch the trolley close by. One suggestion for the aquarium managers...put a small playground outside. It was a beautiful day and there's a lot of space close by to add something fun for kids. I understand you may not own all of that land but it's just something we thought of when we were outside. Still a fun (but somewhat short) adventure!

One of the best attractions for the family in the state. Tons of great exhibits and creatures/animals. All so well cared for and the staff walking around are very knowledgeable if you have questions about anything in specific.
The restaurant is also delicious and not too pricey. Gift shop is also not highly overpriced. Best for me was definitely the sharks and corals! Highly recommend!

Just took our twin 2 1/2 year old boys to the Denver Aquarium. It was not a very busy day, so they loved seeing all of the fish, sharks and tigers up close. Admission seems expensive, but it is great that kids 2 and under get in for free, so we are taking advantage of it while we can.

I was unimpressed with the customer service from the staff (except for those taking care of the animals, who were the only ones who seemed to have a passion for being there). Even though we purchased our tickets online, there is ZERO benefit to doing this, because you still have to stand OUTSIDE for 20+ minutes in the LONG LINE in the cold, to get a wristband. Just does not seem very efficient or convenient (especially with young kids in tow). When I finally got to the window (only 1 person was working, just like the post office!), I mentioned this, and their reply was a snyde "I did not make the policy." I commented the same thing to the "greeter" once getting inside, and they basically said the same thing. Both could have cared less. The aquarium management could all learn something about guest hospitality and experience from great companies like Disney, Marriott and others.

Not sure we will see the value in returning to the aquarium much once the kids are 3 and we need to start paying for their admission. There are LOTS of fun activities to do in Denver, and we will spend our money where we are treated with warm hospitality and feel appreciated.

Just completed my open water dive #1 & 2 for scuba certification here at the aquarium and it was fantastic! What a well organized operation behind the scenes. It's run like a well oiled machine. And actually, most of what the customer's behind the glass don't see is machinery, pumps and filters. Fascinating! Thanks a ton A1 scuba and Denver aquarium
