    My wife and me went to Ellyntons for their weekend brunch. The wide variety of foods available on the brunch buffet include breakfast meats, eggs, potatoes, made to order omelettes and waffles, sushi, carved prime rib, and other meats. Further you can get unlimited champagne with the brunch. They had live music playing, and a wonderful atmosphere in which to enjoy brunch. Parking is difficult to find around the Brown Palace, use their valet parking and make sure to have Ellyntons validate your valet ticket to avoid the $20 valet charge. Overall a great place for brunch.

    Great food with obvious attention to detail when picking out their ingredients and recipes. Excellent gluten free and keto options. See photos. Waiters were very nice and professional.

    Amazing breakfast. Best blueberry muffins ever. Nice thick pieces of bacon.

    Highly recommend.

    The best brunch I’ve ever had. I loved how big the dessert selection was, and the variety was amazing.

    Great experience! We came for the Christmas brunch and it was so worth$70. I will be back!
