Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This location is pretty good. Came in on New Year's Day and luckily they were open. Got a single with cheese, no pickles. And a standard hot dog with catsup, mustard and onions. First and foremost, they got the order right. Only issue was with the hot dog. The bun is HUGE compared to the dog. And the dog is not that big or, juicy. I prefer 7/11 dogs better, especially the price. The moral of the story is that the burger is the reason you go to Freddy's, not much else.

We love Freddy's food! But today the staff was exceptional! Even though they were busy (it was lunchtime, so not surprising), they were all smiling and making conversation with us while we waited for our food. The wait wasn't long at all. Thank you all!

My family loves Freddy's but not this location because the staff here is unpleasant... They dont provide hospitality or a warm welcoming feeling... Management should consider promoting a better workplace to encourage their employees to feel appreciated and maybe they will provide a better customer experience... Can only blame the MANAGEMENT........

I dropped by last night and was helped by an incredibly nice person named Shelby. My partner and I were overwhelmed by how polite and helpful they were.

The food was spot on and everything else about the memory was well above average too. Overall it was a really spectacular and human experience, they really touched us with her kindness.

I wish I could give it 6 stars.

Freddy's is FANTASTIC and I've never had a poor experience at Freddy's! The food is fantastic but is nothing compared to the frozen custards. I usually get over ten items on my custards and they're never wrong. The place is always clean and the retro theme fits very nicely with their food. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a good meal.
