Gator Tails Cajun & Creole

Ok, this one is all my preference. The wife doesn't really go for shellfish or Cajun/Creole.
I get so excited when I hear these guys are serving food. I've had them twice now and it's definitely top five favorite kind of food I've ever had. I had the crayfish and chicken each time and can't quite describe how good it tastes.
This time I got there late and they were almost out of my favorite dish. The photo does not do justice for how yummy and fulfilling the dish is. You have to try it. I'm now following them on social media to know when they are serving.

Amazing food!! Gumbo and Cheesy Crawfish Etouffee from a little pop-up location as they try to get established. Food was hot and well seasoned. The owner was awesome to talk to. Good price for great food. Hope they have a food truck soon!!

Had the gumbo and gator bites. Really good.

We didn't realize this is a take out only establishment with multiple on site kitchens. We waited for a while on the food but were not disappointed when we got it, the food was awesome.

Got delivery last night and it was so hot and tasty and authentically Cajun! Couldn't believe everything traveled so well. The Gator Tails and remoulade were perfectly seasoned and the cheesy crawfish etouffee was ridiculously good. The gumbo was just right too, with plenty of andouille sausage in there and the rice fluffy and flavorful. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
