Food and wine was great. Service on point. The Double Pork Chops were cooked to perfection, not an easy task. My dinner partner had the Salmon which he said was top 2 or 3 from a flavor and temperature aspect. Nice work Hillstone!!

We stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar since it was fairly busy and there was a 15 minute wait without a reservation. The service was amazing and the staff was really on top of everything. The bartender Kirstyn did a great job. Food was amazing! One of the best meals we have had in a long time.

Love coming here for dinner. Their wedge salad is refreshing and fresh, the hickory burger is my favorite, it’s really tasty. My bf loves the French dip and loaded baked potato. Ribs are also delicious. Their sushi is not my fav, I would just stick to the other items. Service is always excellent. They don’t take reservations here, wait time on the weekends are sometimes a bit long.

Hillstone is scary good. I have been going here for years and have never been let down. They have a fundamental understanding of what makes a restaurant great. It’s not just great food and service which they have it’s a meticulous eye for the details. Here are a few: the water glass that serves as an accompaniment to your cocktail is cold, do they really chill these! The ice cubes, are perfect! The French fries are crispy but never burnt. The salads are ice cold and full of perfect produce.

If it’s your first time. Try the Burger, Thai Sushi, and the Ribs trust me it’s exactly what you expect but better.

I stopped in and had the soup of the day and an appetizer. That's all. Okay, I also ordered my favorite drink, a Shirley Temple. The soup was red beans and rice, with slices of sausage. It was very tasty, rich, yummy. The sausage slices, however, were small and few. The appetizer? Grilled Brussels sprouts with a tangy dressing. Nicely done. In fact, everything was quite good. It was also, unfortunately, rather expensive. Maybe that can be forgiven since the Shirley Temples were presented with such flair - a glass with grenadine, ice, and Maraschino cherries served with an classic bottle of Sprite. Very elegant! But, yes, a bit too pricey.
