Jamba

One night I went in around 6:45 (they close at 7pm) and I ordered two drinks there. The employee was very visibly annoyed that I came in 15 minutes before close, he even rolled his eyes at me a bit when I was ordering, despite my efforts to be very thankful and polite. After this experience, I was going to leave a poor review and not return. However, I returned a week or so afterwards to give it another try and this time I had a much better experience. An employee there named Alex is absolutely wonderful. She is sweet, makes great smoothies and very personable. Thanks to her, I had to give this review. Will 100% be returning and hopefully within her work hours!

The biggest struggle with this location (all jamba locations?) Is their inability to fulfill mobile app orders in a timely manner. Second is their ever increasing prices and decreasing sizes of the same products they've been selling for decades - their largest cup is now about the size of their former standard cup and costs almost $10 out the door - a price I can pay elsewhere for an entire meal. Do love their smoothies though.
