La Sandia

The queso dip was worth it, it was very good and I felt you get quiet a bit for two. I wasn't too excited about the enchiladas. There was this mashed corn with my dish I thought was very good. This place seems to have an intimate setting with the dark lighting. The staff was friendly.

Went for drinks and tacos... as the food was arriving (before our drinks??) someone dropped our drink order and there was alcohol and broken glass everywhere. Took a while to get cleaned up and the broken glass remained in a pile on the floor the entire time. Quite possible the next round of tequila they brought out to replace the ones they dropped were not the same as the first ones we ordered.

The remainder of the service was about as good as the start. The food was mediocre at best. The queso absolutely has Velveeta in it... ick

I want to like this place, nice ambience, decent menu.

Food is good drinks are good. Had a bad experience with one of their bar tenders she was really rude.....now when we go if she's working the bar we refuse to sit at the bar now. Luckily everyone else has been great. It was our first time there which was unfortunate because now when we return we avoid her. They have tequila flights and infused tequila which is great and the chilaquilles were really good
