    This may just be on the of the greatest meals in Denver. Hands down! The birria and consomé is outstanding! All you need is quesabirria tacos with some consomé chico and go enjoy some of the best culinary moments of your life. Yes, the best food in Denver is found in a high school parking lot in Montbello. Don’t you forget it. They do sell out. If you get there after 11am, your chances are low. After 11:30am: forget about it! If you arrive at 10:30, you’re in for a wait. But well worth it.
