Lovvve this place! Epic vegan food...a super safe place for a GF diet like I have. The yoga classs are unconventional and give you a real workout! It’s amazing!

Megan could be 1 of *maybe* 5 teachers in Denver who isn’t a robot.
You could say that this style of Yoga is the nourishment that you don’t even know you’re craving because, in Denver, it’s impossible to find something outside the hot power box.
Denver’s Yoga scene desperately needed a Megan, as well as a Lacuna. Thanks for providing this space! Looking forward to learning more.

Where to start? Need a place to work? A place to meet? Eat? Yoga? Lacuna Juice and Yoga has all of the above. I wish I could blame my habitual interest in this place on the food, but it is indeed the Yoga. In every class I have taken, and with each of the different teachers it has been a worthy hour well spent. The classes vary but each maintain a memorable experience of being challenged, invigorated, and restored. It's great to have a yoga space where you feel like home, along with amazing yoga instruction (yes, these teachers make you want to become a yogi) and a reward at the end. Yes! It's nearly impossible to avoid and you will have no regrets. You have to get a juice, a coffee, a smoothie ('Clarity' smoothie is the best), or so much health in one bowl before you walk out the door. You can't really go wrong as the menu is seasonal, fresh (picked next door) and YUMMY. Check out their new student 3 class pass (that's what got me hooked!) and get ready for your new favorite place. This place is absolutely amazing. The people are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place. That atmosphere is amazing. Great place to get a refreshing healthy drink and get some work done.

Lacuna is the RiNo yoga, juice bar and vegan/plant based restaurant. I ❤️???????? the Next Door salad! The greens come from the urban farm on the block. It’s doesn’t get any fresher than that!
