(January 10, 2020, 3:05 am)At 3:30 p.m. it looks like only 3 people working this location at Colorado Blvd & Evans. Ordered using the touch screen menu. Order was okay no straws were available. Had to wait at the counter for quite some time before one of them realized I had a problem. They are very focused on their own screen orders but do not pay much attention to their customers standing there.

(September 6, 2019, 10:12 am)Usually busy, considering the location; however, fast & friendly. Clean, orderly, sophisticated. I especially like the option to take my time using the self serve station. There's 4 stations and they are usually in working condition if your interest is bypassing a line (drive-thru has 2 order lanes). Just don't expect a big order to go through fast, families are abundant and so are their requests. Overall wait time is reasonable and discernible.
