Midici The Neapolitan Pizza Company

This place is frustratingly close to being great. They got the hard part right, which is the dough/crust and marinara sauce, it's very good. But the pizza is often undercooked, there isn't enough cheese (you'll want to pay +$1 for extra cheese), and the toppings are skimpy. Their calzones, on the other hand, are fantastic.

They often mess up your order. Always double check your food before leaving if you are getting take out. We have tried emailing them about botched orders (example: paid for extra cheese that we didn't get, pizza lacked a topping it was supposed to have) and they have never responded.

I have been looking for a good Neapolitan pizza in the Denver area for a few months now. Although Midici has yet to beat my favorite from back home it still offers a great pizza. The pricing it correct and ambiance of the restaurant is awesome. The cheese board and burrata we’re outstanding. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors hit the spot.

Great vibes, great food, great people. The atmosphere is laid back but with a touch of class. They even have a real olive tree! The care and attention to detail extends from the ambiance into the food. Using fresh ingredients and passionate hands, each bite you can taste the difference. I'd highly recommend MidiCi and will surely return!
