Mizuumi Ramen & Sake

This was a great experience overall, the wait staff was so so good, and the location is very easy to find, also the price is just right for the young student or budgeted person on the go.... Highly recommended

I have been to Katsu Ramen and was not impressed, went to Ajisen Ramen in San Diego and was blown away. This place is a contender for Ajisen. The plating was beautiful, seeing the chefs work hard at their craft was amazing, and the food was delicious. I will be telling everyone I know in Colorado about this place, and will be bringing more people next time.

Pork Buns 5/5- It was the first time I had pork buns, but it was like a gourmet BBQ slider with a nice refreshing cucumber.

Spring Rolls 4/5- The presentation was very nice and they were fried perfectly. Very delicious, I will be getting them again.

Miso Ramen 4/5- The pork was nice and tender was awesome flavor, I opted out of the Fish Cake(not a fish guy), the noodles were fresh and straight. Meaning that they weren't just sitting in water waiting for the next customer, they were freshly boiled and made. Egg was amazing cooked, but with a summer orange center.

Best Ramen I've had in my life. Also phenomenal, friendly service. Great for a date night. Awesome happy hour. So happy this came to the neighborhood. We will be back! :)

Great portions and thoughtful plating as well as concepts on a new trendy cuisine. The spice level of the chicken ramen bowl I ordered was perfect! I would put this in my top three for ramen in the Denver area. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Even patience as this white boy asked all the questions. Great spot for a solo adventure, date night, or just a quick lunch out with friends!

Got an order to go - delicious! They also cut holes in the to-go boxes so the contents didn't get soggy. Great addition to the neighborhood.
