This is a must try if you’re trying do go the food prep route. Andrea and CO do an amazing job of creating great meals that will fit your healthy minded palette. The Marcos are printer right on each package for the calorie counter like myself and price is really good for the quality ingredients she uses.

Man this healthy meals are definitely key to level up that healthy lifestyle.

Another gem in the neighborhood. We started a weekly subscription to their ready meals. We only get 5 per week but it's a great go-to for a lunch or dinner so we don't end up eating out or unhealthy. They also serve lunch, smoothies and cold-pressed juices. All good choices! Andrea is also awesome!

I had a delicious salad here, spring greens, sliced apples, candied walnuts, above par balsamic vinaigrette, gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries and grilled salmon. Very friendly service and great options. Don't be fooled by the facade, that could be improved upon as the develop.

Angel did a fantastic job putting together a catered assortment of food for my sister-in-law's grand opening. The food was awesome!
