    Really great customer service during COVID & made the carry out process really smooth and safe.
    Lost a star because Pizza Hut flavors really haven't changed much in 20 years, so it's comfort food at this point.

    Seemed way over worked. Long line with many people waiting and the lady wasn't even answering the phone. Pizza was good but it took quite a while to get it.
