Roaming Buffalo Bar-B-Que

So good! The food is amazing and Rachel and her team always do a fantastic job with catering and special events. The food is always beautifully presented and so delicious! Rachel is also so easy going and really wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Roaming Buffalo!

I love this place. I'm vegetarian so it is awesome they have tofu on the menu, many BBQ places don't have a veggie option. Their sauces are really good and the mac and cheese is to die for!

Favorite BBQ in Denver. Not only do they carry meats like lamb, bison ribs, and venison sausage, but they do it well. Bison ribs are tender and not too burnt, lamb is juicy and not at all gamey. Recommend trying their sandwiches, well crafted and doesn't skimp on the meats. Got the McCoy and it was stacked! Both the sweet and spicy BBQ sauces were good, but mix them and it's perfect.

House green chile & white cheddar chips are surprisingly good, as are the desserts. This is a BBQ joint that can do it all, definitely worth coming. Just make sure to come early, they run out quick!

Finally had the chance to try this spot out! And I get why they were always sold out before. I got to try the chopped brisket which was great and already look forward to exploring more next time (and getting there even earlier). The corn bread was also an unexpected highlight! On the sauces front, usually I go for the spicy variety but wasn’t much of a fan. The original, however, was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back.

This place is quite good. I'm not a big fan of Buffalo but the Buffalo ribs were pretty darn good. I am a big fan of the pork ribs and they were outstanding as was the beef brisket. I had it sliced but you can also get a chopped like a pulled pork. Little hole in the wall but boy it's good.
