(July 31, 2020, 2:59 pm)My only complaint is that my order included a Berry Parfait and had to wait about 5 additional minutes to be told, "Oh, we don't have any of those".
I asked if the refund would automatically be credited to my account and the young lady replied, "um, I don't know". Then after a pause, asked the manager if I could have a refund, which she obliged happily and apologetically.
My ideal scenario would have been, upon arrival proactively being told that they were out of the product and how to obtain a refund. -

(June 20, 2020, 9:52 pm)The cashiers at this store just went ABOVE and BEYOND for me to solve a gift card issue I had with another store in Aurora ( Starbucks Store #14072, 2300 S. Parker Rd Aurora, CO) - The Aurora store had charged me $30 on 3 gift cards, instead of the $10 on each card I asked for. When I went back to get the cards changed, the female manager said they were non refundable, even though they made the mistake...
I hate conflict and the employees at this store are INCREDIBLE ? My favourite Starbucks location. These employees are so kind and helpful! Thank you thank you!! ❤️ -
