This place is the best to sit and study

The Tivoli Starbucks is always fast polite and accurate. They deal with hundreds If not thousands of students within hours and they handle it very well.

No blonde roast and no rewards earned or can be used here. This starbucks is always crowded so don't come in here if you're in a real hurry/late. The staff does work really hard here, is very courteous polite and fast though! They really keep the line moving and drinks out fast for how busy it is all the time! Know what you want ahead of time as they do get to you before you get to the register. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is they lack blonde roast for the scant few who actually drink just coffee or americanos so order a veranda coffee and hope they don't have to do a pour over. You cant gain or use rewards with your Starbucks app which is also very disappointing. Shout out to the hardworking staff though you guys hustle, stay calm, polite, and kind and there is something to be said about that.

This was my first time at this particular location. And I was greeted immediately by the employee Jasmine. She took my order and was kind and courteous. It was nice to see that GREAT customer service still exist.
