Hidden gem! This is one of my go-to spots for sushi in Denver. The fish is always so fresh, all the rolls and sashimi are amazing, I’ve never had anything I don’t like on the menu and the staff is always so wonderful. I have a food allergy and they’ve been amazing about it always, never act like it’s a pain (thank you)!! Service is great in the restaurant or to-go, definitely get a Thai tea too - it’s the best around. After working in California for a year I didn’t think I’d enjoy sushi back home again but its delicious, I eat here almost every week. (The to-go pictures after a bumpy ride home don’t do the food proper justice)!
I order here often. Once or twice a week usually unless I'm out of town. They always make amazing food. The Panang Curry is absolutely delicious. They have no problem making gluten free dishes and they are always great. They even have gluten free soy sauce. Fantastic people and delicious food!!
Quiet and cozy restaurant in a basement of a building. The staff there were very friendly. The group of friends that were with me, ordered the Sushi and Thai curry, which tasted good. My only complaint was their Pad Thai. I ordered it as I love Pad Thai and like trying it at different restaurants. Needless to say, it tasted bland, cheap and artificial, which baffles me since Pad Thai is pretty easy to make. Even the chicken they used tasted like it wasn't real chicken. Maybe it was a fluke but I would stay away from their Pad Thai and go with their Sushi and Thai curry's. Another note, they lost their liquor license so don't expect to get any type of mixed drinks there. Not sure when/if they will get that back but just an FYI.
I have enjoyed many wonderful meals at Sweet Ginger. It is a relaxed and friendly restaurant serving classic dishes from Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. Meals are prepared carefully and presented with artistic flair. I strongly recommend their Volcano Chicken - it's delightful! Their soups are also quite delicious. My wife prefers their chicken and broccoli, which is so good that I always try to steal a little.
