Pricing is a little steep for humble food, but you are certainly getting a high quality product. Not to mention this is the only purveyor of Cornish pasties I know of in the Denver area

Fantastic place for Pastys. This is a childhood comfort food of mine and this place knocks them out of the park with many different varieties and styles. Go here whenever in the area.

If you're looking for something new, or know what they are and want one; can't go wrong paying this place a visit.

It's hard to find pasties in this state. We've had some here and there and even had them
shipped from MI. Finally, The Pasty Republic opened and they are pillows of puffed deliciousness. There are numerous flavors but our favs are the beef and pizza ... oh, and the peach. If you can get one. They sell before they're baked, I think.

They have a small area to eat in or out front. And if you can't stay and eat, take some home
with you. They sell them frozen and they bake up so easy and perfectly. Run ... don't walk... they sell fast!!!

So my son lived nearby and when I would visit from Wisconsin, this place was a must. Now my son moved to Germany and my daughter lives in Edward's, im in town once again from Wisconsin and we are definitely going here for lunch. The owner was super nice and we had a discussion about property in Colorado. Such a great place with great people. Can't wait to go today.

The food is fantastic and no matter what I choose its a winner! In addition to great taste the food is super fresh. I've been about 5 times and it just tastes better every time. I also encourage people to snag some frozen pasties to take home, talk about easy dinner. The staff and owner are all extremely friendly and helpful. I like the direction of this business!
