    By far one of the best in Denver. Chef Sandoval-Cruz's creativity and high quality ingredient choices are top notch and blow my mind every time. Dont ever miss the chance to indulge in the XATRUCHO creations.

    I love the aesthetic of the place it has enough room for dancing and the food is amazing, prepared personally by chef. Sandoval, who In my opinion, brings out the best in the ingredients he uses.

    This is my go-to late night spot on the weekend! The space is enchanting and the food is on point every time. The menu rotates so it’s exciting to check out different flavors and combos. Every Thursday-Saturday night. Check it out. You won’t regret it.

    This place is AWESOME! Chef Sandoval puts his heart and soul into every dish he conceptualizes each week. The menu changes every week so it keeps you coming back for more. My only complaint is I wish they were open more nights and earlier so I could do dinner there more often. This is a must eat spot if you are in the know in Denver. Don’t wait, try some tasty grub there this week!

    Stop in or take out some great late night food, stay for the vibes and a drink - or vice versa! Chef Sandoval’s late night food menu at Fort Greene is not just some of the best “late night food” in town, but some of the best food in Denver. Period.

    A high-end, Latin-inspired restaurant popup with a VERY low price point, aesthetically pleasing & great tasting seasonal food, all offered in an creative and beautiful cocktail lounge space?!? This wasn’t something publicly available in Denver... until now! Get some XATRUCHO, every Thursday - Saturday
