Wendy's

Great smiling people, very patient with elder people. Always willing to help suggest an item on the menu. That's why I go there so often. Plus, food is always fresh.

This location has friendly staff but their drive-thru line is always outrageously long. We always end up going in to order (even if its to take home) which is usually quicker than sitting in the line. Better still is thinking ahead and ordering using their phone app...but usually we don't think about that until it's too late and we're pulling in their parking lot.

Restaurant is clean and their prices are better than McDonalds and Burger King relatively speaking for the quality of the food you're getting and the service -- the people at this location are more friendly and polite than the locations close to us of the other two restaurants, and I'd rather have polite service than rude kids throwing food at me.

Typical Wendy's. Gets something in my order wrong at least 45% of the time. Last week I got a large chili, and they either didn't stir it or forgot to put meat in, because it was just beans and sauce. But, when it's right, it's good enough. Always hugely busy at lunchtime and dinner, the line is often 10 + cars deep. Even though they have 2 drive thru lanes, in the 2 years I've been coming here, they've never once used the other lane.

It seems as thought they got better staff. I went late again (almost 10pm) and was surprised with how pleasant the staff was even though they were going to close soon. I ordered my food to go because I didn't want to be that guy. I got home and the fries were still hot and far from soggy! Very happy with this visit and adjusted my rating!
