Always have a great time while dining at Pino's. We love the food and the atmosphere. The added bonus is music with Sal on Saturday night!

By one of the best restaurants we have tried. We has a party of 12. They were attentive, the food came out fast and above all it was delicious. The owner even came out and said hello to us. Will definitely will be going back.

I've eaten more than my share of Italian food in my lifetime and Pino's rates among my absolute favorites. Their Truffle Oil Alfredo is less sauce and more artistry. I highly recommend that anyone try the Seafood Alfredo Christina if you love shrimp and scallops.

The Vodka sauce is also great and has the perfect mix of acid and richness that makes it both light and filling.

A real treat to find such a wonderful Italian restaurant so far from there city and so close to home.

This is just great food, western hospitality with New York quality fine food. Very creative, fresh, the real thing. Joe, the ex NYC fireman owns it, and appreciated fine diners...people who know good food, good drinks, and fair priced good/great wine, that he finds. And he struggled to find brocolini in West , so he imports from East coast! His steaks can't be beat. All superb.

Pino's is an amazing establishment! Located right in Castle Pines, it is very convenient. The food is amazing, especially their fettuccine Alfredo, Ravioli, and Pizzas. The complimentary garlic knots are next level delicious and always a favorite. The staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating even when a large group of 25 like mine came in. The owner goes out of his way to come through and talk to everyone to make you feel welcome and add to the experience. The decor is beautiful, unlike some tacky Italian places and it is overall an amazing dining experience. I HIGHLY recommend Pino's!
